They are refitting the panels in the maze, giving the battleboats a small makeover and working on the F1 Karts track. We cannot wait to open our doors and see you all in March!

Holywell Bay Fun Park is undergoing some work to make sure that 2013 is even better than 2012. Our maze is undergoing an exciting renovation and better value play is coming so watch this space for more details.

We also have our 2013 opening dates: 23rd of March until 1st November

They braced the weather in the ridiculous costumes we made them wear and entertained everyone from wee babies to fully grown adults. It wasn’t only the actors that dressed up though, a few members of staff and visitors went all out and looked fantastic (you know who you are!). So really the whole point of this blog entry is to say thank you to everyone, whether you came along for the free sweets, the fantastic story or you work here, you all made Hallowe’en a success! Everyone here is nipping home early so they can run to the fancy dress shop before it closes. We’ve been to the maze a few times to plan the decorations and to tame the dragon (and every time we got lost). The scavenger hunt is nearly complete, the treats have been gathered and the truck full of pumpkins is on its way.

Come and visit us for a day of frightening fun! We will have free spooky storytelling in the maze about ancient knights, dragons, ghosts and a very grumpy pumpkin. There will also be other gruesome games happening, including a scary scavenger hunt with clues hidden all over the park and a chance to win prizes. Not to mention a freaky fancy dress competition for whoever wears the scariest costume and terrifying treats in the Beach Diner.

 

So come along to Holywell Bay Fun Park for some Hallowe’en fun on Wednesday 31st October from 12 until 3.

This year we introduced our brand new Thunder Racing Arena for the Formula 1 stars of the future and Giant Sandpit for the little ones, both were received well by our visitors, young and old. We already have many exciting ideas in the pipeline and will keep all our fans updated on our Facebook page!

We would like to thank all our customers who have visited us this season and made 2010 such a great year and hope to see you all visiting again when we open next Easter.
